Michael is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in financial oversight, team building, and project management. Throughout his career, he has successfully led teams, optimized operations, and ensured financial stability for various organizations. Known for his ability to streamline processes and foster collaboration, Michael has consistently delivered results in fast-paced, complex environments.

Michael has seamlessly transitioned his skill set to the nonprofit sector. He is responsible for overseeing the organization’s day-to-day operations, ensuring effective program delivery, and managing key initiatives that empower families and children facing unique challenges. His passion for creating impactful change, combined with his strategic approach to operations, has been instrumental in driving the organization’s mission forward. Not to mention, as a stepdad (or what we like to call “bonus dad”) his love for Laila and Lana inspired the manifestation of the nonprofit.
