Jessica is our Board Vice President
Jessica is a Management Analyst for a government agency, where she oversees and supports regional-level initiatives, specializing in project management and strategic planning. Jessica holds a Master of Arts in Nonprofit Management and brings a blend of professional and academic expertise to the mission of Laila’s Gift.
Jessica is passionate about equality and raising awareness for underserved populations, especially families of children with special needs. Having witnessed firsthand the organization’s impact on the community, she is excited to support its future growth.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with their husband and two sons. As a devoted wife and mother, she is dedicated to balancing family life with her commitment to making a difference.
Her passion for being a part of this organization stems from a deep belief that every child deserves to be celebrated, regardless of their abilities. Families of special needs children often face unique challenges, and she is committed to creating a space where they feel supported, empowered, and understood. Being part of this mission allows her to contribute to a cause that uplifts families, giving them the resources and community they need to thrive. Every child’s journey is special, and through advocacy, education, and celebration, we can help unlock their full potential and spread the message of inclusion and hope.
